Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping is offered where shown at checkout. Any available shipping option and its price will be displayed before you place your order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply depending on the destination. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery issues
